Can my order be shipped internationally?
Yes, we offer a variety of products for use outside of the US. However, electrical voltage varies from country to country and not all tools purchased on our website may work in your location. We recommend purchasing an Andis clipper or trimmer from your local supplier to ensure that it will work in your location.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on the dollar amount of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed prior to entering your credit card information.

What is your return policy?
Please check the return policy of your place of purchase if you did not purchase directly from Andis. If you encounter difficulties returning your product to the original place of purchase please contact Andis Customer Service. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase so be sure to retain your purchase receipt for verification. Please refer to the Use and Care pamphlet which is enclosed with your product for warranty specifics. ALL returned product must be within warranty period and accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt showing item purchased, price paid and date of purchase.
How do I return an order?
If returning to the Andis factory: No prior authorization or authorization number is necessary. Wrap product so it's not damaged in transit. Be sure to return all components. Put it in a sturdy shipping container. Include a note inside the container with your name, address, phone, email address and what the product issue is. If the product is still under warranty, include a copy of the sales receipt showing the item and date of purchase; keep your original receipt for your records. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Flat Rate Boxes. We do not confirm receipt of product. Please utilize the tracking information for the ship method you chose. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.
