Does Andis ship internationally?
Andis does not ship outside the United States, so please check out the listings for distributors within your area at international.andis.com/distributors. Purchasing a product from a local distributor ensures you are buying a tool with the correct electrical voltage for your area.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on the dollar amount of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed prior to entering your credit card information.
What if my product is damaged upon delivery?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your product and purchase with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made directly from Andis, you may return your item to us within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement or refund (less shipping and tax charges). After 30 days, our normal warranty policy applies.

If your purchase was not made directly through Andis, we offer a 1-year warranty from date of purchase in which we will repair or replace your item (at our discretion). Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty status. Unfortunately, Andis is unable to refund any purchases made through other retailers or distributors.

How do I return an order?
If returning to the Andis factory: No prior authorization or authorization number is necessary. Wrap product so it's not damaged in transit. Be sure to return all components. Put it in a sturdy shipping container. Include a note inside the container with your name, address, phone, email address and what the product issue is. If the product is still under warranty, include a copy of the sales receipt showing the item and date of purchase; keep your original receipt for your records. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Flat Rate Boxes. We do not confirm receipt of product. Please utilize the tracking information for the ship method you chose. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Can products be returned that have been used?
Yes but it must still be within the specified warranty period for your product.
