If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or refund (less shipping and tax charges). After 30 days, our normal warranty policy applies. Quick note: this only applies to items purchased directly from us.
If your purchase was not made directly through Andis, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, in which we’ll repair or replace your item (at our discretion). Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty status. Unfortunately, Andis is unable to refund any purchases made through other retailers or distributors.
